Here are links for pen and paper roleplaying games, board games, card games, and everything that goes with these games that we found interesting on the week of December 5th, 2014.
The topic for this week is Community! Here are five links that will get you hooked in to various parts of the tabletop roleplaying community.
– Strolen’s Citadel – The Citadel is a place of creative freedom for role players and game masters with awesome ideas. Over time, the Citadel has turned into a bottomless resources of creativity and inspiration for thousands. You have found the best roleplaying site to read, post and play!
– G+ Tabletop Roleplaying Games The largest Google+ tabletop roleplaying games community (that I’ve found). It currently has over 13,000 members and is very active. I’ve lurked there for a while and there are some amazing people that comment there and provide great resources.
– RPG.net Forums There are many, many forums on the internet. When it comes to roleplaying, there is only one that you can connect with thousands of active members. It is a fantastic forum that I’ve used for a very long time.
– A Collection of Tabletop RPG Forums (Ye Olde Gaming Companye) This is a collection of tabletop RPG forums. It is old with some dead links, but it still does have a significant amount of active and useful links. If you want to find a forum about something specific with tabletop RPGs, like a company or game, check this link out.
– With A Twist RPG Blog Carnival December 2014 (Campaign Mastery) – This month the RPG Blog Carnival moves to Mike Bourke’s Campaign Mastery. This month’s topic is With A Twist. Anything that has to do with surprises, tricks, twists, or the unexpected is fair game.
